End callback in  Mobile Agent
                                To end a callback call, hang up with your telephone’s normal telephony buttons 
.
- Press the End contact button to let ACE know that the call is concluded.
 - Now a list with mandatory feedback options is opened automatically. 
There you select what reflects the result, such as Busy tone, Ended or Re-establish later. - Press OK to save, close the feedback list and return to Ready, or Pause status.
