Accept and end calls in ACE Interact
To answer a call in ACE Interact, click on Accept or press w.
To end a call in progress, click on End or press e.
To use Assistance see Assistance - Enquire or transfer.
Park your contact to work with other contacts, from any media. Resume activates the parked contact again.
No need to touch the telephone.
A digit after the phone number means that the contact has previously been re-queued. Here three times.
In Client settings you can choose whether you want to hear a sound signal when a call arrives. You can also determine that calls shall be answered automatically.
- Open Menu and select Client settings.
- Select Sound signal > On / Off.
- Select Accept contacts > Manually / Directly / After delay.
- Changes are saved immediately.
