Unifinder – sketch over the agent’s search tool

This simplified sketch shows ACE Agent, the Unifinder support function and the Person tab. This is where you search for specific colleagues to make enquiry calls to and to transfer contacts to.

Each digit represents an area with specific functions, described below.

1. Different Search fields where you enter letters or digits.
2. Search result where you select the found person.
3. See more details for selected person.
4. Write and send messages to selected person.
5. Telephony functions for call handling.
