The Make call /enquiry button in ACE Agent’s main window opens Unifinder support function, which can also be opened with Ctrl Alt F or the Functions | Unifinder menu choice.
The support function has two tabs:
- Person for handling contacts concerning specific persons and for sending various kinds of messages.
- Skill for enquiry calls and transfer of contacts that are not dependent on a named individual.
