Pick callback record from waiting list in Agent

This is how you open a callback record in a waiting list:

  1. Click on the relevant waiting list’s underlined name in the queue status window
  2. In the list opened in the support functions area, double-click on the row/the contact you want to have routed to you or browse to it with the arrow keys and press Enter.
