In Agent, prevent new calls or contacts

To take a break from the work with contacts in ACE Agent, click on Pause or press F6.

To pause during a contact in progress does not affect that call or that chat/email.

You will be paused immediately when the contact and any belonging wrap-up is ended.

If the button’s name is Activity you shall enter the reason and duration for the pause.
