If the person selected in the ACE Agent Unifinder search result is a logged-in ACE agent you can, with access role Operator, log out this person.
Ctrl Alt A opens and closes the Activity tab, to the right of the search result.
In the Activity tab you then only see the Log out agent button.
If the person selected in the Unifinder search result is a user in a connected UC system you will not see the Log out agent option.
