Several ways to forward email in Agent
In ACE Agent support function Received mail you can send a received mail on, in the following different ways:
Redirect to another address | Enter a new address in a separate pane next to the icon. The recipient cannot see that it is redirected. |

Forward | Automatically completed with information about original mail and forwarding agent. Can be sent internally with maintained queue position. |
|
Forward as attachment | Agent name already filled in as sender. Can be sent internally with maintained queue position. |

Edit as new mail | Recycle original text if you want to. | |
Requeue via Unifinder | If another agent is to continue handling the email, you can requeue the email in various ways:
Either way the email will include any reply you have started writing. |
