Several ways to forward email in Agent

In ACE Agent support function Received mail you can send a received mail on, in the following different ways:

Redirect to another address Enter a new address in a separate pane next to the icon.
The recipient cannot see that it is redirected.
Forward Automatically completed with information about original mail and forwarding agent.
Can be sent internally with maintained queue position.
Forward as attachment Agent name already filled in as sender.
Can be sent internally with maintained queue position.
Edit as new mail Recycle original text if you want to.
Requeue via Unifinder If another agent is to continue handling the email, you can requeue the email in various ways:
  • In selected agent’s personal queue via the Unifinder Person tab
  • In queue serviced by agents from the selection in the Unifinder Skill tab

Either way the email will include any reply you have started writing.
