End callback in ACE Agent
End call or F3 ends the call in progress.
The contact ends up in Wrap-up and the Feedback support function is opened, unless it was already opened when you accepted the contact.
Choose the mandatory feedback in one of the following ways:
- In the quick menu opened with the Feedback button or F11.
- In the drop-down menu in the Feedback support function.
- Fill in any complementary information and save with OK.
You can start feedback during a call in progress, but do not click on OK until you want to end the call. Because with OK you end the call immediately!
If you are working in Light Mode you put down the receiver of your telephone. However, the contact is not ended until you pick a feedback in ACE Agent, in the same way as described above.
