To answer a call in ACE Agent – click on Answer or press F2 or +.
Do not touch the telephone.
                                In Client settings you can choose whether you want to see and/or hear when a call arrives.
You can also determine that calls shall be answered automatically after a specific time.
- Open  the main menu and select Client settings the main menu and select Client settings
- Select Flashing button and/or Sound signal
- Select answer/accept contacts automatically and select Incoming call, queue
- Save with OK
