Answer calls in ACE Agent

To answer a call in ACE Agent – click on Answer or press F2 or +.

Do not touch the telephone.

In Client settings you can choose whether you want to see and/or hear when a call arrives.

You can also determine that calls shall be answered automatically after a specific time.

  1. Open the main menu and select Client settings
  2. Select Flashing button and/or Sound signal
  3. Select answer/accept contacts automatically and select Incoming call, queue
  4. Save with OK
