You can produce statistics for what you have been doing during the day by selecting Functions|Statistics today in the main menu, or by using the Ctrl Shift U shortcut.
The Statistics today support function displays information about what you have done in ACE Agent so far during the day.
When you have selected what you want to see statistics for, a field showing the details is opened.

If the support function has been open for a while, you may need to update the page. The Update button provides you with up-to-date information.
