To delete a user account, select its username in the in the list in User accounts window and click on the Delete button.
You require the Own user access function in you access role.
However, you cannot delete the account for a user that has been logged in to ACE Agent the same day, as this would create problem in extracting statistics. You will then get a warning telling you that “The user has been logged in today and consequently cannot be deleted until tomorrow”.
