Statistics
In the statistics module the administrator can see compilations of how the service has been used and the results of searches. Arrows open sub menus with different options to filter out the totals you want to see.
Flow overview displays the total number of page displays distributed by interaction type and close.Select flow, such as the Agent portal, time as well as the type of close you want to see graphs for:
- Average number of displays per session
- Average number of attempts per session
- Average session length
- Successful closes at first attempt (number and in %)
- Unique direct sessions
- Sessions from another interface
- Displays
- Distribution of displays by interaction type (number and in %)
- Successful close (number and in %)
- Failed close (number and in %)
- Neutral close (number and in %)
- Further to another interface (number and in %)
Search overviews shows statistics for the service’s matching function. Select flow, time and which type of result you want to see graphs for:
- Average number of searches per session
- The proportion of the visitors having used the search function
- The proportion of the visitors having made more than one search
- Average number of guide displays per search
- Unique direct sessions
- Searches
- Searches resulting in hits (number and in %)
- Searches not resulting in hits (number and in %)
- Searches resulting in views (number and in %)
- Searches not resulting in views (number and in %)
Search words shows used search word with a total for:
- Searches that have not resulted in hits
- Searches that have resulted in hits but no reading
- Number of searches where each respective word has been used
Guide overview shows:
- The number of times each respective question has been displayed
- The number of feedbacks given by the readers for each respective different guide, divided into
- Positive answers
- Positive answers (in %)
- Negative answers
- Negative answers (in %)
